Take real-name booking seriously
The Two Rivers night cruise uses real-name booking: the document details entered when ordering must match the person actually boarding. Mistakes directly affect verification and are troublesome to fix.
- For groups, check each person's name and document number one by one.
- If booking on someone's behalf, make sure the person boarding is the document holder.
- Children also need the relevant details as required by the booking rules — do not assume "children need no documents".
Refund rules in three lines
- Unused tickets can be refunded via the order lookup page.
- Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
- Tickets already used or expired are not refundable.
Specific rules follow the booking notes and the page where you ordered; they may differ by ticket type.
Four common misunderstandings
- "Having a ticket guarantees that sailing" — sailings may change with weather or water levels, subject to on-site arrangements.
- "The ticket shows a time, so I can board later" — a ticket corresponds to a specific sailing; missing it is handled under the refund/change rules.
- "All ticket types include the deck" — deck access is a benefit of certain ticket types and differs from the main cabin.
- "I can add dining any time" — dining involves meal preparation and usually must be chosen when ordering.
One thing before and after paying
- Before paying: confirm ticket type, date, number of people and document details — all four.
- After paying: save your check-in code (screenshot it or add it to your phone wallet) instead of hunting for it in the queue.
